Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for customer service and product editing of EBAY, Amazon, Wish, Etsy, aliexpress, alibaba aliexpress and other foreign trade platforms;
2. Dealt with inquiries from customers in english-speaking countries mainly by email, and sometimes communicated with customers by telephone to accumulate resources of key customers and improve the quality of the company's service process;
3. Responsible for store operation, making sales plans and monitoring data;
4. Translate and input product information to ensure accurate expression of product information, and continuously optimize and improve product information;
5. Keep good communication with other departments and timely solve problems of various products.
Job requirements:
1. Foreign trade website customer service experience is preferred;
2. College degree or above, excellent fresh students are also available, cet-6 or above, with good English reading and writing skills and good professional ethics;
3. Have a flexible mind and good communication skills;
4. Responsible, active, responsible, and dedicated;
5. Have integrity, good ideological and moral quality and professional ethics, and good teamwork spirit.
